Chris as a creative.
My name is Christopher Atherton but you can call me Chris. My approach to design is all about discovery; asking questions, being open-minded, searching for inspiration everywhere and being as inquisitive as a child. By getting a client involved with the process, I find that this builds a good relationship between us and allows them to have their valued input. Not to mention that it gets the most out of a project by exploring all of the options available.
Ultimately, I look to create solutions that are right for your brand, your business, and your objectives and not merely what is on trend or looks good. Good design strikes the balance of form and function, so by using my design wizardry, we will work together to create something both visually engaging and fit for purpose so that you can be confident that your project has the best of both worlds.

Chris as a human.
I am a motorcycle-riding, burger-munching, music-listening, adventure-seeking human with a burning desire to be amongst nature and creativity. So when I am not exploring ideas or navigating a project for a client, I will usually be lost in the wilderness somewhere, as escaping into the forest or hiking up a mountain gives my head the space to be free from distraction and recharges my creative powers. Then other times I prefer the hustle and bustle of a busy city, with its architecture, museums, fashion, and food which is like diving headfirst into a pool of inspiration.

My creative career.
I have 10 years experience of working within the creative industry, and with so many years under my belt, I have helped clients of all sizes develop their brand, design, and marketing. In turn, I have helped grow their businesses and I find it highly rewarding when working together to accomplish objectives. Other advantages that I have gained from this variety of clients and projects are that; I have become comfortable at questioning the status quo, my understanding of business needs and commercial awareness has increased and learned to get under the skin of any project to get the most out of it.
Alongside my design and marketing skill progression, I have also built upon my people skills through mentoring and supervising within different teams. From this I have found that there is nothing more rewarding than passing the finish line as a team and leaving no man behind, so to accomplish this I like to play an approachable and supportive role within a group.
